|Same day||The triage system is in place to provide same day access to GP advice and if an appointment is required we will ask you to come in for a face to face appointment.|
|Book in Advance||Appointments booked in advance are designed for planned care and can now be made online, by phone or in person. You can normally book at least 4 weeks in advance to see the GP of your choice. Please phone the Practice on 0207 727 4592 to book an appointment. Please note that you can book online appointments with the practice nurse only.|
|Nurse Appointments||The Practice Nurses can help you with a range of issues from health management to vaccinations.|
|Out of Hours||If you have an urgent health problem which cannot wait until the practice is open please call 111.|
|Online Services||Patients can book appointments online if registered for online services. Please ask at the Reception if you would like to register.|
Please be aware that the total time for your appointment is 10 minutes. In this time the Doctor must deal with the presenting problem, write up the clinical notes, issue any prescriptions etc. and call in the next patient – all in 10 minutes. The Doctors want to help you and are happy to deal with more than one problem at a time provided this can be managed within the 10 minute appointment slot.
We acknowledge that in the case of urgent and unwell patients the consultation time will exceed 10 minutes. In these situations the patient will always be given the time required.
- Appointments that overrun will impact on the running of the practice and therefore on patients waiting to be seen.
- In exceptional circumstances the Doctor will always make the necessary time.
- Double appointments are not bookable.
- Do not be offended if all your problems cannot be resolved in one appointment, you can make another appointment.
